The Loans disbursed under the on-lending model will continue to be classified under Priority Sector till the date of repayment/maturity whichever is earlier.

The process to grant licences to ASU manufacturers becomes swifter, paperless and more transparent.
The manufacturers can now apply for the license online at www.e-aushadhi.gov.in and the license of the ASU drugs has been made perpetual i.e. with one-time registration fee the license of the product will be valid lifetime subject to online submission of self-compliance declaration every year or unless suspended or cancelled. While prior to the notification it had a validity period of 5 years.
Ministry of Power issues Guidelines for operationalizing optimum utilization of generating stations as per the requirement in the Electricity Grid.
As per the guidelines, Where the procurer does not requisition power from the power plant with which he has signed the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), upto 24 hours in advance prior to 00.00 hrs of the day of delivery of power, the generator shall be free to sell the unrequisitioned power in the power exchange.
