The FSSAI vide circular dated 07.01.2020 has directed the implementation of the Revised Policy for Auto-generation of License/Registration and Auto- Rejection of applications in case of Non-response within the stipulated time under FSS(Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses), Regulations, 2011. The policy shall be implemented w.e.f 1 February, 2021 and the pending applications shall be dealt with by 1st April, 2021.
