BIS Establishes New Indian Standards for Emulsion, Plastics

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on May 16 , 2025 under the Department of Consumer Affairs, has officially notified the establishment of several new Indian Standards, including a specification for Trackless Emulsion and various plastic-related standards.

As per Sub-rule (1) of Rule 15 of the BIS Rules, 2018, the following Indian Standards have been established effective May 2, 2025:
