Online Counseling Rounds Overview
The allotment process is divided into four main online rounds, with registration, choice filling, and reporting deadlines set for each:
- Round I: This round began with registration on July 21, 2025, continuing up to August 6, 2025. The deadline for reporting or joining was August 22, 2025.
- Round II: Registration for the second round was held from September 4, 2025, to September 14, 2025. The final date for joining the allotted institute was September 25, 2025.
- Round III: Registration for Round III began on September 29, 2025, continuing up to October 9, 2025. The processing of seat allotment is scheduled for October 21 to October 22, 2025. Reporting and joining for this round will be open from October 24, 2025, to November 1, 2025.
- Stray Vacancy Round: The final online Stray Vacancy Round is scheduled from November 4, 2025, to November 12, 2025, with joining permitted until the final cutoff date.
Final Admission Deadlines
The strict adherence to the final cutoff is mandatory for all participating institutions:
- The last date for students to join the BDS Course for the academic session 2025-26 is November 20, 2025.
- The process for joining candidates (Round I to Stray Vacancy) must conclude by the final date of November 20, 2025.
