DERC Invites Comments on Draft Regulations

The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on October 21st 2024 issued a corrigendum inviting comments, suggestions, and objections on the Draft Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Threshold Limit for the Development of Intra-State Transmission Projects under the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding) Regulations, 2024.
