The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has announced the immediate revocation of the suspension imposed on two testing laboratories: M/s. Jubilant Pharma and Chemical Lab (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., located in Navi Mumbai, and M/s. Reliable Analytical Labs Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai. This order was issued on April 25, 2025.
This decision follows previous office orders dated November 15, 2023, and May 8, 2024, which had initially placed the laboratories under suspension.
The FSSAI registration numbers for the reinstated laboratories are as follows:
- M/s. Jubilant Pharma and Chemical Lab (OPC) Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai: FSSAI Reg. No. 54/W/FSSAI/2019
- M/s. Reliable Analytical Labs Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai: FSSAI Reg. No. 21/W/FSSAI/2014
The current order, effective immediately, allows both laboratories to resume their food testing and analysis services as recognized entities under the FSSAI framework.
