The Commissionerate of Health and Family Welfare Services through guidelines dated 02-09-2020 issues standard operating procedure for use of Remdesivir injunctions in COVID 19 in treating facilities.
The Standard Operating Procedure mandates the following:
- The hospitals which use this drug shall record the batch number and the daily dose administered in the patient case sheet which shall be duly attested by the treating physician.
- The stock details of the drug shall be recorded in the exclusive stock register.
- The Vial of the drug shall be preserved for inspection.
