The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has reiterated the established timelines for the online Nursing Institutional Verification process, referencing its earlier circular dated May 24, 2021. The council reminded applicants that the minimum time required for completing the verification and issuing the certificate is 15 working days, with a maximum of 90 days from the date of request submission along with the necessary payment. This circular was issued on April 21, 2025.
In a clear directive to candidates, the INC emphasized that the verification process is now entirely online. Consequently, personal visits by candidates or their representatives to the Council’s office to inquire about the status of their verification will not be entertained under any circumstances.
The INC’s reminder serves to ensure that applicants are aware of the expected processing duration and to discourage unnecessary personal visits to the council’s office. Candidates are advised to submit their requests complete with all required documents and payment to avoid delays. They are also expected to wait for the stipulated timeframe for the online verification process to be completed.
