The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has issued a reminder regarding the processing timelines for online Nursing Institutional Verification. Referencing its circular dated May 24, 2021, the council reiterated that the completion of the verification process and the issuance of the verification certificate will take a minimum of 15 working days and a maximum of 90 days from the date the request is submitted along with the required payment. This circular was issued on April 21, 2025.
The INC has clearly stated that the institutional verification process is now entirely conducted online. As such, candidates and their representatives are informed that personal visits to the office of the Council to inquire about the status of their verification will not be entertained under any circumstances.
This reminder aims to ensure that applicants are aware of the expected timeframe for the online verification process and to discourage unnecessary personal visits to the INC office. Candidates are advised to submit their applications complete with all necessary documentation and payment and to await updates through the online system.
