The Government of Kerala has issued a notification on June 11th, 2025 urging all workers registered with the Kerala Motor Workers Welfare Fund Board to verify and update their registration details in preparation for the issuance of a unified identity card.
This update must be done using the AIIS (Automated Identity Integration System) software, and workers are advised to ensure that their personal information is complete and accurate.

Updates can be made:
- Directly through the Welfare Fund Board offices
- At Akshaya Kendras
- By the workers themselves through the AIIS software
Documents Required:
Workers must produce the following:
- Aadhaar card
- Copy of bank passbook
- Mobile phone
- Ration card
- Existing Welfare Fund Board ID card and passbook
Deadline:
All updates must be completed on or before July 31, 2025.
Fee:
A Rs. 25 fee is applicable for the issuance of the new unified identity card.
