MCA vide circular dated 16.06.2025 has allowed stakeholder intending to file Form CSR 2 post the period of transition from MCA 21 V2 to V3 to file the same in V3 portal from 14 July to 15 August.
Steps for Filing Form CSR-2
To ensure timely and accurate filing of Form CSR-2, companies should follow these steps:
Complete Financial Statements: Finalize and approve the financial statements (Form AOC-4 or its variants) in the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Prepare CSR Report: Compile the CSR activities undertaken during the financial year, including details on projects, expenditures, and outcomes.
Affix Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): Ensure that the authorized signatory affixes a valid DSC to Form CSR-2 before submission.
File Form CSR-2: Submit Form CSR-2 through the MCA V2 portal, ensuring that it is filed separately and after the submission of Form AOC-4.
