For users encountering challenges logging in, the notification states, “The user facing login issues can use the ‘Forget Password’ feature to change their password.” Following a password reset, users are instructed to re-login after changing the password.
Beyond troubleshooting, the advisory lays strong emphasis on the security and authenticity of user accounts. It urge users to use dedicated Email id and Mobile No. of authorized person for Login on the portal. This measure is designed to enhance account security and ensure that only officially authorized individuals access and manage the accounts.
