In a recent notification dated April 2, 2025, the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) has called upon all explosive manufacturers to update their records of authorized explosives.
As part of its initiative to maintain an up-to-date list on its official website (www.peso.gov.in), PESO has requested manufacturers to submit details of their authorized explosives, classified by type. The submission must also include the respective authorization letters and brand IDs.
Manufacturers are required to send this information via email to kthiagarajan@explosives.gov.in and rkschauhan@explosives.gov.in at the earliest.
PESO has emphasized that this matter should be treated as urgent, as the information will be used to ensure accuracy and compliance in the official records.
