The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board vide its order dated 28th August 2020 has decided to extend the exemption granted to health care facilities from depositing back fee for the authorizations/consent application received on or before 31st December 2020.
The RSPCB in its earlier notification has exempted the health care facilities from depositing back fee (gap period fee for operation without authorization/consent) while seeking authorization under bio-medical waste rules and consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
