This Refund Policy governs all payments made through the payment gateway incorporated into our website.
Trial Period
We may offer a trial period to allow clients to evaluate our services before committing to a subscription:
- The duration of the trial period and specific access details will be communicated to clients at the time of sign-up.
- Clients are not charged during the trial period.
Subscription and Payment
For services such as Legality Alerts, payments are processed through the payment gateway available on our website. Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, and yearly packages.
For other products and services, the payment schedule will be discussed with each client upfront and may be governed by a service agreement, depending on the nature of the product/ services availed by the Client.
Refund Policy
- No General Refunds: Once the trial period ends and the subscription is activated, clients are not eligible for a refund, regardless of whether they use the service for the full duration of the subscription.
- Exceptional Refund Cases: Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as double payments or billing errors and other circumstances as outlined in our Terms of use.
Refund requests in these cases will be reviewed and verified by our management before any refund is issued.
Early Termination of Service
If a client decides to stop using the service before the end of the subscription period, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
Specific Terms for Tool-based Services
For tool-based services, such as software or other products, where payment is made after an invoice is raised, a separate agreement and set of terms and conditions apply. These services are not governed by this Refund Policy.
