SEBI has issued notification to solicit comment/views/suggestions from the public on the draft circular titled
“Electronic Book Provider platform for issuance of instruments by Not for Profit Organizations on Social Stock Exchange” placed. Public comments are invited on the draft circular annexed to this consultation paper. The comments/ suggestions should be submitted latest by July 24, 2025, through the online web-based form.
The comments can be submitted through the web-based public comments form or to consultationcfd@sebi.gov.in with the subject “Comments on Consultation Paper on Draft Circular titled Electronic Book Provider platform for issuance of instruments by Not for Profit Organizations on Social Stock Exchange”.
