- ₹44 per point increase above 218
- Recalculated annually in April based on previous year’s CPI average
- Gender Pay Equality: No wage discrimination between men and women for the same role
- Daily Wage Calculation: Monthly wage ÷ 26
- Higher Existing Wages: Must continue if already above new minimums
