The Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, continuing its drive for progressive labour reforms, has released the draft Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSHWC) Regulation, 2025 for public review.
The announcement, made on 17 June 2025, follows the enactment of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 by the Indian Parliament, aiming to consolidate and modernize existing laws on workplace safety and welfare.
