The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide Circular dated 24th December 2019 has modified certain paragraph of commercial paper Circular issued on 22nd October 2019, based on representation received from the market participants.
SEBI Issues format for statement of deviation to be submitted by the listed entities
The Securities and exchange board of India has issued a format for statement of deviation in funds raised to be submitted by the listed entities to stock exchanges on a quarterly basis
SEBI lays down framework for mutual fund investments in minor’s name
The Securities and Exchange Board of India has laid down a framework for making investment in mutual funds in the name of minor through guardian and to ease the process for transmission of such schemes.
