NSE advices members to submit bank statements for every week
All members of NSE shall submit the bank statements for all calendar days of the week except Sunday on or before the next four trading days of subsequent week. The first submission of bank statement shall have to be made for the week ending on June 05, 2021 due date of which will be June 10, 2021.

The scheme for extending financial assistance to molasses based standalone distilleries for enhancement and augmentation of ethanol production capacity is revised to provide that the applicant should get the loan disbursed from the bank within one and half years from the date of in principle approval of DFPD.
CBDT clarification regarding the limitation time for filing appeal before CIT
The CBDT clarifies that if different relaxations are available to the tax payer for a particular compliance, he is entitled to opt for the relaxation more beneficial to him. This is applicable while calculating period of limitation for filing appeal as well.

The Amendment is brought under rule 5 (2) which specifies the application fee for Registration of Genetic Counselling Centre, Genetic Laboratory and Genetic Clinic in which the application fee shall be paid by a demand draft drawn in favour of the Appropriate Authority, on any scheduled bank payable at the headquarters of the Appropriate Authority concerned or by electronic mode.

Ministry of Road Transport publishes the Central Motor Vehicles (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2021.
As per rule 115K the safety requirements of motor vehicles of Categories L, M and N running on anhydrous ethanol or blends of ethanol with gasoline, with fuel specifications as specified under the said rules, shall be in accordance with AIS 171:2021, as amended from time to time, till the corresponding Standard is notified under the Bureau of Indian Standard Act, 1986.
