Draft Advocates (Protection) Bill, 2021
The Bill provides for expeditious trial, increased punishment and police protection for lawyers encountering threats of violent crimes. The bill also mandates permission from judicial magistrate for investigation and arrest of advocates.
The International Financial Services Centers Authority (Bullion Exchange)(Amendment) Regulations, 2021
The amendment provides that In case of any conflict or inconsistency of the provisions of these regulations with the International Financial Services Centers Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021 on the same subject matter, the provisions of International Financial Services Centers Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021 shall prevail.
Andhra Pradesh Cinema (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules
The Rules previously provided the licensing authority the power to fix the maximum rates of payment for admission to the different classes in licensed premises. The amendment provides that the licensing authority shall fix the rates of payment for admission to the different classes in licensed premises as per government orders issued from time to time.

Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Amendment Rules, 2021.
The Amendment states that in case of premature termination or surrender of any mineral concession the approved mine plan shall be deemed to be transferred to any legal person to whom such mineral concession is subsequently settled.
The International Financial Services Centres Authority (Banking) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
As per the new regulation 3(3a), The Parent bank shall provide necessary capital for the BU, subject to a minimum of USD 20 million or such other level of capital that may be specified by the Authority. Such capital shall be maintained at the Parent Bank in the manner as specified by the Authority.
