FSSAI issues Guidelines for submission of applications for endorsement of vegan logo and formats.
The Food Business Operator shall submit an application in FORM-A along with necessary documents and fee of rupees Five Thousand (excluding G.S.T) payable to Senior Accounts Officer. The Food Authority may direct the applicant to submit additional supporting documents, data or clarifications, if required. The Food Authority may either grant approval or reject the application, as per FORM-B.
SEBI extends the deadline for commencing KYC record validation by KRAs.
As per clause 9 of SEBI KYC (Know Your Client) Registration Agency (KRA) Regulations, 2011, the KYC records of all existing clients (who have used Aadhaar as an officially valid document (OVD) shall be validated within a period of 180 days from 1st November 2022 and for those clients who have completed KYC using non-Aadhaar OVD, their records will be validated only after they have given their Aadhaar number.
FSSAI has extended the timeline for mandatory compliance of Food Safety and Standards (vegan food) Regulation, 2022 by 6 months.
The Regulation specifies the labelling/packaging requirement for vegan food and notifies the compliance for food business operators. No person shall manufacture, pack, sell, offer for sale, market or otherwise distribute or import any food as vegan food unless they comply with the requirements laid down under these regulations.
The “Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Harnessing of Captive Power Generation) Draft Regulations, 2022”.
A person may construct, maintain or operate a captive generating plant and dedicated transmission lines. The supply of electricity from the captive generating plant through the grid shall be regulated in the same manner as the generating station of a generating company.

Further under rule 4 which deals with order to furnish details in which, if a report is received by the Director General of Civil Aviation or any officer authorised by him in this behalf, he shall, by written order, direct the owner of such building, or tree, to furnish to the officer-in-charge of the aerodrome, within a specified period, a plan showing the location of building, or tree, and also disclosing the dimensions or any other details specified in the order.
MCA Clarification on spending of CSR funds for “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign
It is clarified that spending of CSR funds for the activities related to this campaign, such as mass scale production and supply of the National Flag, outreach and amplification efforts and other related activities, are eligible CSR activities.
