Government of W.B waives late fee for non-filing on GSTR-4

Government of W.B has clarified that late fee payable in excess of two hundred and fifty rupees shall stand fully waived given for the registered persons who fail to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-4 for the quarters from July, 2017 to March 2019 or for the Financial years from 2019-20 to 2021-22.

Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules, 2023

The registration granted under this rule shall be valid for a period of one year, unless revoked, suspended or cancelled and shall subsequently be granted for three years. While registering, the entities shall have to provide PAN Number, GST Number, CIN Number in case of company, and the entities may provide Aadhar Number, and shall provide PAN Number of authorized person or representative and any other necessary information as required.

Medical Devices Policy

Regulatory Streamlining: In order to enhance ease of doing research and business and further to balance patient safety with product innovation measures, policy introduces measures such as creation of a Single Window Clearance System’ for Licensing of Medical Devices coopting all the stakeholder departments / organizations such as AERB, MeitY, DAHD, etc, enhancing the Role of Indian Standards like BIS and designing a coherent pricing regulation, will be followed.
