Cabinet approves Memorandum of Understanding between India and Kenya on cooperation in the field of sharing successful Digital Solutions implemented at Population Scale for Digital Transformation

India Stack Solutions are a DPIs developed and implemented by India at population scale to provide access and delivery of public services. It aims to enhance connectivity, promote digital inclusion, and enable seamless access to public service. These are built on open technologies, are interoperable and are designed to harness industry and community participation which fosters innovative and inclusive solutions. However, each country has unique needs and challenges in building DPI, although the basic functionality is similar, allowing for global cooperation. 

NSE has launched Facility of voluntary freezing/ blocking of Trading Accounts by Clients

NSE vide circular dated January 16, 2024 has launched Facility of voluntary freezing/ blocking of Trading Accounts by Clients. SEBI decided that the framework for Trading Members to provide the facility of voluntary freezing/blocking the online access of the trading account to their clients on account of suspicious activities shall be laid down on or before April 01, 2024, by the ISF, under the aegis of stock exchanges, in consultation with SEB.

PCI Publishes FAQs on Registration of M.Pharm Students & Payment Updations

The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has released clarifications on two issues pertaining to online payments and the registration process for M.Pharm pursuing students on the PCI portal. These FAQs were published on January 18, 2024. The PCI encourages all concerned parties to refer to this clarification and the attached documentation for a seamless experience with the PCI portal.

CDSCO Launches Additional Forms on National Single Window System (NSWS Portal)

CDSCO has made the applications for grant of permission/ licence in Forms CT-10, CT-12, CT-13 live on the NSWS Portal from January 16, 2024. Form 12 will be live from January 24, 2024. All concerned stakeholders shall submit the above applications only through the NSWS Portal. The existing SUGAM online portal for these activities will be disabled from February 10, 2024.
