IFSCA issues eligibility criteria to qualify as accredited investors

The IFSCA has outlined clear eligibility criteria for Accredited Investors, encompassing a diverse range of entities. Individuals, Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), partnership firms, trusts, and body corporates, including Limited Liability Partnerships, can qualify based on criteria such as income, net assets, and joint investments. The criteria ensure that only financially sophisticated entities or individuals can benefit from the Accredited Investor status.

Govt. of Goa Urges Updates to Aadhaar on Portal At No Cost

Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation, Government of Goa, has informed that Aadhaar is a random 12 digit Unique Identification Number issued to a resident to establish the resident’s unique identity which cannot be reassigned to any other individual. However, Aadhaar is mandatory especially where proof of Aadhaar is condition/pre requisite for receipt of Government subsidy, benefit or service.

FSSAI Updates List of Recognized Laboratories for Food Analysis

The list specifies a total of 217 FSSAI Notified NABL Accredited Food Testing Laboratories. Additionally the list also specified, 22 FSSAI notified laboratories whose NABL accreditation validity has expired or are under suspension or under process of denotification or have shifted premise without Integrated assessment.
