Extending the Deadline for Feedback on Draft Regulations for Petroleum Pipeline Tariffs

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has announced an extension for stakeholders to submit their views and comments on the draft regulations concerning the determination of the petroleum and petroleum products pipeline transportation tariff. Originally set to close earlier, the deadline for submissions has been pushed back to May 3, 2024, following requests from concerned parties. This notification was published on 25/04/2024.

Interested stakeholders are encouraged to participate by sharing their feedback via email to secretary@pngrb.gov.in, using the subject line “Feedback on Draft Regulations on Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff,” or by sending written comments through postal mail addressed to the Secretary, PNGRB. Moreover, in response to the inputs received, PNGRB will organize an “Open House” session on May 13, 2024, at 11 a.m., held at the PNGRB office. This extension reflects PNGRB’s commitment to fostering transparency and inclusivity in the regulatory process, ensuring that all voices are heard and considered.
