The Draft SOP provides a comprehensive methodology for assessing plastic waste generation and characterizing different types of plastic packaging. It also outlines procedures for validating data reported by local bodies, ensuring transparency and accountability in the reporting process.
SOP for Recycling of Waste Tyre Scrap for the recovery of Tyre Pyrolysis Oil, Pyro Gas and Char in Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) Units
Upon consultation with expert members from National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) and the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), the existing SoP was revised concerning the Recycling of Waste Tyre Scrap for the recovery of Tyre Pyrolysis Oil, Pyro Gas, and Char in Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) Units.
