Discovering the right channel for addressing National Pension System (NPS) inquiries at the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) just got easier! EPFO has introduced a dedicated email address, epfohq.nps@epfindia.gov.in, exclusively for handling NPS-related matters. This move streamlines the process, ensuring that queries concerning NPS at the head office receive prompt attention. It’s important to note that any references sent to other email IDs will not be entertained. Hence, it’s advisable to redirect any pending queries to the new email address mentioned. With this initiative, EPFO aims to enhance efficiency and provide better service to its stakeholders. This notification was published on May 3, 2024.
