The Government of West Bengal is pleased to announce a one-time Puja/Eid ex-gratia relief of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) per individual for the year 2024 to workers covered under the ‘Financial Assistance to the Workers in Locked Out Industrial Units’ (FAWLOI) scheme, including those from closed tea gardens. These grants will be allocated solely to eligible workers entitled to receive payments under the aforementioned scheme for the month of September 2024. Issued by the authority of the Governor.
