MCA issues clarification on holding of annual general meeting (AGM) through Video Conferencing (VC) or other audiovisual means (OAVM)
Due to the representations received from stakeholders for providing relaxations in the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 or rules made to allow companies to hold Annual General Meetings (AGM) in a manner similar to the one provided in General Circular which deals with the conduct of Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) the Ministry has issued the following clarifications.
The Government of Kerala exempts MSME units from payment of rent
The Government of Kerala has exempted all the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) units who have rented their units in the buildings or premises owned by the Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector Undertakings, and Local Self Governments from the payment of rent for three months from March 2020.
