The Government of Kerala has exempted all the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) units who have rented their units in the buildings or premises owned by the Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector Undertakings, and Local Self Governments from the payment of rent for three months from March 2020.
Since the production has come to a standstill due to the lockdown across the country implemented by the Government and in the absence of business transactions, the state government has provided the above relaxation for MSME units.
