The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas simplifies authorization for bulk and retail marketing of petrol and diesel
The Ministry by a resolution has simplified the guidelines for grant of authorization for bulk and retail marketing of Motor Spirit (Petrol) and High-Speed Diesel (Diesel). These Guidelines seek to increase private sector participation including foreign players, in the marketing of Motor Spirit (MS) and High-Speed Diesel (HSD).

The Punjab Liquor License (Third Amendment) Rules, 2020
Licensee under Punjab Liquor License Rules, 2020 shall have the option to lift 5% additional quota either of Punjab Medium Liquor or Indian Made Foreign Liquor or part thereof of his annual Minimum Guaranteed Quota, after lifting his due quota and paying levies for and upto the month of July, 2020, till September 15, 2020.
SEBI decentralizes work related to registration of portfolio managers
Previously, applicants submit their registration applications for portfolio managers through the SEBI intermediary portal, and these applications are processed at the regulator’s head office. The applicants should from now file all communications related to their registration applications for portfolio managers with the respective regional office of SEBI.
