IFSCA Guidelines on Factoring and Forfaiting of Receivables

Income-tax (24th Amendment) Rules, 2021
The amended rules provides that in respect of a company or a limited liability partnership, authorized representative to appear before an IT Authority can be the person appointed by the Adjudicating Authority for discharging the duties and functions of an interim resolution professional, a resolution professional, or a liquidator under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Draft AP Factories (Amendment) Rules
The amendment provides that the occupier of a factory can register online through single desk portal. It is also provided that annual fee can be paid online. The fee can be paid annually or for a block period of not more than ten years at the option of the occupier. Seven days from the date on which application is received registration can be deemed granted in the absence of objections.
