The Commission for Air Quality Management Revokes Actions under Stage III of GRAP in Delhi
The Sub-Committee for operationalization of the revised Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in its meeting, held on 7th December, 2022, further reviewed the air quality scenario in the Delhi. Air Quality Index (AQl) of Delhi has been progressively improving as a result of this, the Sub- Committee has revoked, with immediate effect actions under Stage-III (Severe Air Quality) of the GRAP. However, actions under Stages-I to stage-ll of the GRAP shall remain invoked and be implemented, monitored and reviewed by all agencies.
CDSCO notifies its list of PCR Kits approved for testing of Covid-19
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has updated and expanded on its list of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Kits approved for testing of Covid-19. The list covers PCR kits produced by 270 firms over several countries. The list had previously been amended on 9.12.2021. The prior list covered merely 235 kits produced by various firms.
The Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela to be conducted across India
The Mela will be held across 197 locations in 25 states and union territories. The event will witness the participation of various companies from different sectors. Participating companies will have the chance to meet potential apprentices on a single platform and choose applicants on the spot and provide them with an opportunity to be a part of their organization. The candidates will also earn National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET)-recognized certifications, thus improving their employability rate after the training session.
TRAI releases Consultation Paper on “Data Communication Services between Aircraft and Ground Stations provided by Organizations other than Airports Authority of India”
In this regard, the present Consultation Paper been placed on TRAl’s website (www.trai.gov.in). It seeks inputs from stakeholders in the form of written comments by 9th January 2023 and counter comments by 23rdJanuary 2023. The comments/ counter-comments may be sent at advmn@trai.gov.in. These may be sent preferably in electronic form.
Action taken report regarding the Integrated Pharmaceutical Database Management System (IPDMS)
Under the provisions of the DPCO, 2013, government have taken initiative to make online submission of data mandatory for all the pharmaceutical manufacturing / marketing companies under the DPCO, 2013 in the Integrated Pharmaceutical Database Management System (IPDMS).
