FoSCoS Introduces Provision For Updation/ Revision of Annual Return

FBOs who have filed annual returns by May 31 of the next year can revise their returns for a maximum of two times. The last submitted annual return will be considered as final. The provision of revised filing of annual return has come into effect January 6, 2024 for annual returns for FY2022-2023.

While the existing data primarily reflects modern biomedical practices, the upcoming ICD 11 TM Module 2 aims to incorporate data and terminology from Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani (ASU) systems, bringing global uniformity to the classification of traditional medicine.

IFSCA directions to banking units for Improving processing timelines of cross border payments

IBUs are further directed to undertake a study to document their existing method of processing cross-border transactions and how the speed of processing such transactions may be further improved. The study shall be conducted within a period of one month from the date of this circular and the findings shall be shared with the Authority by email to banking-queries@ifsca.gov.in.
