The 50th Gem and Jewelry Export Awards, organized by the India Gem & jewelry Export Promotion Council, were bestowed upon various exporters at a splendid ceremony held at Mumbai on Saturday (30 Mar). The Governor of Maharashtra, conferred the awards in the presence of Chairman of the Reliance Group. Russell Mehta, the Diamantaire and Managing Director of Rosy Blue, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Gems and jewelry Export Promotion Council. Recognitions in diverse categories such as top turnover, industry performance, fashion jewelry, and socially responsible company awards were presented to different firms.
