The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has issued a notification setting November 15, 2025, as the final deadline for institutions that have not yet been granted suitability renewal for the Academic Year 2025-26 to upload their compliance reports.
This deadline is critical for all nursing institutions facing compliance deficiencies in their renewal applications.
Mandatory Online Submission
The INC emphasized that only compliance reports submitted through the official INC portal will be accepted.
The Council explicitly stated that many institutions are sending hard copies, which “shall not be considered under any circumstances.” Only reports uploaded through the INC portal will be considered for issuing the renewal suitability letter.
Institutions must use their existing User ID and password to upload the required compliance information within the same application form previously used for renewal.
Institutions are also requested to download their official deficiency letter or suitability letter from the renewal application site using the same application ID.
The INC has circulated this notice to all Universities, State Nursing Councils, and Principals of all Schools/Colleges of Nursing.
