The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has issued a Public Notice dated 1 December 2025, inviting views, comments, suggestions, and objections from stakeholders on the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

Submission Instructions
Stakeholders and interested persons must submit their views/comments using the following methods:
- Send a hard copy and a soft copy to the Secretary, CERC, at the New Delhi address (7th Floor, Tower B, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi- 110029).
- Send comments to secy@cercind.gov.in and mmchaudhari@cercind.gov.in.
- Comments/suggestions must also be uploaded through the SAUDAMINI Portal for registered users (via the e-Regulation link on the e-filing Home Page).
Public Hearing Guidelines
The public hearing will be held on 2 January 2026 via video conference. The link will be uploaded to the CERC website later.
Those proposing to make a presentation during the hearing must send an intimation by mail to the specified email addresses.
Presentations should be limited to a duration of 5 to 10 minutes and covered in not more than 8 to 10 slides.
