The Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board vide its notification dated 4th February 2020, has implemented facility for auto generation of receipt for white category in Online Consent Management & Monitoring System through Single Desk Portal. The receipt will be generated automatically whenever the applicant submits the data and files application under White Category.
The regional officers no longer needs to issue a separate signed acknowledgement for white category units.
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has Newly-introduced White category industries which contains 36 industrial sectors which are practically non-polluting such as bio pesticides/bio fertilizer, Compressed oxygen gas, Packing of powdered milk, medical oxygen, electrical and electronic items, cotton and woollen hosieries, organic manure etc.
