The Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department in its Circular dated 16th December 2019, has directed all the inspecting officers to verify the specific parameters for those buildings measuring 70 Meters and above in height which must be in accordance with Andhra Pradesh Building Rules, 2012 and National Building code of India 2016 and to submit the inspection reports for the same.
The parameters which are to be verified are as follows:
- Clear Drive way of 11 Meters.
- Turning Radius of 14 Meters.
- 65 tons of Load bearing capacity.
- The Ramp should be along with Building line.
- The Yard Hydrants has to be planned around the building boundary to access/use by the Fire Department in case of Emergency.
