All owners / Managers of vessels registered with the lndian Maritime Administration bearing cybulryne that was applied prior to 1st January 2023 are advised to approach the Recognized Organizations and ensure that the existing lnternational Anti-fouling System Certiricates are replaced with the as notified under this circular as applicable prior to 1st January 2025.

PM launches National Logistics Policy

MoRTH Publishes the Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Amendment Rules, 2022.
The registered owner shall apply digitally on Vahan as per Form-2 to the Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility or the designated Collection Centre for deposit and further treatment of the vehicle.

MoRTH notifies Draft notification to promote ease of doing business and transparency in the sale and purchase of registered vehicles through dealers
An authorization certificate for the dealers of registered vehicles has been introduced to identify the authenticity of a dealer.
The Central Motor Vehicles (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022.
Through this amendment, rule 115 which deals with emission of smoke, vapour, etc. from motor vehicles, in which the table relating to the applicability of test requirement for BS-VI has been substituted.
Indian Standards mandated for Constant speed fuel consumption test
Constant speed fuel consumption test for all M and N category vehicles excluding tippers, with gross vehicle weight more than 3.5 tonnes shall comply with Indian Standard: 11921: 2020 as amended from time to time.
Revised deadline for compliance with Automotive Industry Standards by manufacturers of battery operated vehicles
The earlier notification is amended to provide that all manufacturers of battery operated vehicles shall comply with AIS-38/2003 within1st day of October, 2022.
