The Central Board of Direct Taxes and Customs vide its notification dated 28th February 2021 has extended the due date for filing of GST Annual Returns ( GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C) for the financial year 2019-20 to March 31st 2021.
CBIC in its earlier notification, extended the due date till 28th February 2021, however in view of the difficulties expressed by the taxpayers the board has decided to further extend the due date for furnishing GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for the financial year 2019-20 to 31st March 2021.
