Companies (Appointment and qualification of Directors) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2019

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs in its notification dated 30^th September, 2019 has issued The Companies (Appointment and qualification of Directors) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2019.

Under rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014, every individual who holds a direct identification Number (DIN) as on 31^st March of the financial year shall submit eform DIR-3KYC to the central government on or before 30^th September of immediate next financial year.

For the financial year ending 31^st March 2019, MCA has extended the date of submission of e-form DIR-3 KYC or web form DIR-3 KYC WEB till 14^th October 2019.
