Corrections To Information Bulletin for GPAT 2024

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released a corrigendum to the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2024 Information Bulletin. This corrigendum was dated May 6, 2024.

It may be recalled that the NBEMS had a notice dated April 19, 2024, inviting applications for GPAT 2024

Through the present corrigendum, the NBEMS has introduced the following corrections to its earlier notice:

  • The corrigendum clarifies that applicants must ensure their B. Pharmacy degree is recognized under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and follows the Conduct of Course regulations. This adds an additional requirement to simply meeting the Pharmacy Act criteria.
  • The GPAT 2024 syllabus will be based on “The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) Course Regulations, 2014,” not the 2024 version as previously mentioned.

These changes ensure all applicants are aware of the latest eligibility criteria and the correct reference point for the GPAT syllabus.

For further clarification on eligibility, documents, or images, candidates can contact NBEMS through their communication web portal.
