Department of Women & Child Development of NCT of Delhi has invited Expression of Interest from Non –Governmental Organizations/ Civil Society Organizations/ Voluntary Organizations duly registered under any law for welfare activities, for awareness generation, support & protection for children in vulnerable situations including street children.
The application in the prescribed format is to be submitted within 10 days from the publication of EOI on 22nd July, 2021. The letter of intent shall include documents like organization’s profile, areas of operation, funding support, proposals of campaign and community intervention along with the costs involved to identify, educate and support to reduce vulnerability of children. The EOI s are invited both on pro-bono as well as financial support basis. The full context of the policy, convergence plan of action and the prescribed format are uploaded in the department website.
The invite is initially for the current financial year which may be extended to one-year subject to the performance. The NGOs/CSOs/VOs chosen would be empaneled with the Department of Women & Child Development and assigned activities with reference to geographical area and number of children for which intervention needed.
