The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) on 10 June, 2019 issued an office order in relation to white category industries.
The order has come into existence, after taking into notice the advantage taken by the white category industries, which are entitled for free online registration on the DPCC website. It has been observed that, since there is absence of fees, the industries not entitled for registration in not confirming areas, are taking advantage of this facility.
Keeping in mind the above the DPCC has come to the conclusion that there is a need for charging a fee for registration of the white category industries. The DPCC has decided to charge a one -time fee of Rs. 10,000/- thus not entertaining any registrations in absence of the fee as notified above.
