The Central Board of Indirect tax and Customs (CBIC) has issued a press release dated 7th December, 2018 extending the date of filing FORM GSTR-9, FORM GSTR-9A and FORM GSTR-9C till 31st March, 2019 .
Earlier, Form GSTR-9 and Form GSTR-9A were notified on 4th September vide notification No. 39/2018-Central Tax and Form GSTR-9C was notified on 13th September vide notification no. 49/2018-Central Tax as part of the CGST rules.
