The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 15, 2022, issued a notification regarding FAQs – Disclosure of holding of specified securities and holding of fixed securities in dematerialized form. The FAQ provides clarification regarding the general guidelines in filing the Shareholding Pattern report as per Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
Companies can use the FAQ solely for guidance purposes to comply with the requirement of listing regulations and other applicable regulations as amended from time to time.
