The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on June 21, 2019, notifies that Form (ACTIVE) has been made available for filing purposes.
Earlier, the Ministry had suspended the e-filing of the form (ACTIVE) temporarily on June 18, 2019 in order to facilitate tagging of non-compliant Companies or Directors for not filing e-Form Active (INC-22A).
The process of tagging of non-compliant Companies/Directors for not filing eForm Active(INC-22A) is now complete and hence, the form (ACTIVE) has since been made available for filing purposes. The form can be filed with a fee of INR 10,000. MCA has directed the stakeholders to download the latest version for filing purposes.
