The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health Research) has notified the appointment of five experts to serve as Members of the National Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board.
The appointments were made in exercise of powers conferred by Section 17 (2) (f) of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, and Section 4 of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021.
The following experts have been appointed for a period of three years from the date of the notification (November 27, 2025):

These experts will serve on the national board responsible for the implementation and regulation of both the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021, and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021.
